This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release anyone, post bond, or pull an official booking record. For any of that, you have to reach the agency that holds the record directly, using the contacts below.
Looking for an Inmate or a Record?
The Taylor County Sheriff's Office runs the county jail and keeps its booking and arrest records. Use the jail line for a current custody or visitation question, and the records custodian for a public-records request.

Records requests are handled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Note that an email address sent to a Florida agency is itself a public record, so call or write if you would rather not share one. Here is where to start, depending on what you need:
- Someone in the county jail right now: see jail inmate records and search the sheriff's roster.
- A booking photo: see jail roster mugshots.
- The charges filed after an arrest: see court records after a jail arrest.
- A specific facility: use the detention facility pages listed in the footer.
- A sentenced state prisoner: use the statewide Florida Department of Corrections inmate locator.
- A federal or immigration detainee: use the federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator.
